Hmm, I am by no means a Silverlight expert, but here's a few things to try.
- I believe the latest Firefox is 3.5 something, so be sure that you have updated FF to the latest version.
- Then make sure that the Silverlight version is the latest as well.

Alternately, you could uninstall FF, reboot and start over with a fresh install of both.

If the above does not do the trick and you have a Netflix account, try their tech support. Their support is very good and helpful.

Hope that helps!

Hey, I found this blog article while searching for help with Microsoft Silverlight. I've recently switched browsers from Safari to Mozilla Firefox 3.1. Just recently I seem to have a issue with loading websites that have Microsoft Silverlight. Everytime I browse site that needs Microsoft Silverlight, my browser does not load and I get a "npctrl.dll" error. I cannot seem to find out how to fix it. Any help getting Microsoft Silverlight to work is very appreciated! Thanks

Hi Becky - great collection of tips! Passed in on to my sister also - we're both in the process of revving up our websites. Hope to connect some time through Local First Chicago.
Thanks for sharing!

I love your reference to whether mom understandings it or not...that is so true.

I might suggest you add search engine optimization to your list...custom redirects....etc.

Bill,
Check out the part 2 of this article. There I illustrate how I connected my TV to my computer. The principles will be the same for you, but obviously I can't be specific about your TV and your computer.

Have fun!
