Wow, does this ring a bell…my partners are your client, and I am the emails and conversation between you two. They keep asking me to just add this, change that, etc. on a website that I didn’t even design. As if it’s like walking into Home Depot and getting the rug to lay on the front step. So glad you wrote this. I may have to share it with them one day (soon).
